SBA loans I mean 100% 200% cash on cash return year one is like it's not that uncommon. And then you can go sell it at a multiple and you're getting cash flow.

I mean you can just see your way to a 25 million dollar exit really fast.

You buy a $2 million EBIT business, you that thing your cash flowing the entire time get it to 10 million

You sell it at a 4X multiple. I mean that's 40 million dollar exit right there
