| 2:34.5 | You might think about maybe I'll journal this week and maybe I will sit down in the afternoon and sip tea. |
| 2:44.5 | I will also connect with someone who inspires me or read an inspirational quote from a book. |
| 2:51.5 | These are ways that you could explore self-care in a new and fun way. |
