And what happened to me was I actually had sort of an aha moment in the middle of the night,

like so much that I woke up and went, oh, and as a little girl, I was always fascinated by stories of authors or writers or people who would keep journals at their bedside and get inspiration at night, this sort of uncontrollable inspiration if you would call it divine

inspiration or just intellectual just greatness that comes to you when you turn all of everything off except

your subconscious and that's exactly what happened to me last night.

It is Christmas time. We are preparing. There's a holiday party pretty much at every corner.

Every weekend night that there is and it's been

pretty exciting it's a it's one of my favorite months of the year I just actually

spent an hour grabbing Christmas presents I love doing early. I love seeing them under my

tree and just getting excited for the people I'm going to give gifts too.

But I'm getting this off track here. Back to the point was last night was our company's

my company American Family Fitness's Christmas party and I went with my fiance Brandon

and all of my best friends were there. It was a wonderful time. And you know what, all day I felt pretty good about myself. I, not that, you know, and if you've listened to my podcast before you understand that the I really believe there's a there's a spectrum
