I was particularly drawn in because both of them struggle with

hypermobility syndrome, as do I, as do so many people, and it often goes undiagnosed.

I saw a ton of people with undiagnosed hypermobility syndrome. We hypermobile folks are a little loosey

goosey and we have our own set of rules that we have to live by. This can be a bit of a challenge

when it comes to strength training. And something that I hear constantly online as well as from

my prior patients was, well, I have hypermobility syndrome. Therefore, my other doctor told me I can't lift weights.

I can't strength train. I can't do all these things. And I'm so sick of hearing it. So I reached out
