all about naturopathic perspectives on sauna and hydrotherapy and why I think protocols are bullshit. Hear me out. I am excited that science

0:24.8

is catching up with what we've known to be true in naturopathic and holistic medicine for forever.

0:31.2

And I am excited that humans are running studies on water cure using hot and cold therapies

0:37.2

as humans have done for millennia

0:39.1

so that they can tell you that this temperature for this amount of time or this many days a week

0:45.7

is going to give you this benefit and this percentage of improvement on this particular disease

1:37.7

but I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to figure out that sauna is good for us.

1:43.4

Humans have known this forever, for generation upon generation,

1:47.6

particularly in some different countries. But I think that most countries have ways of using

1:54.2

hot and cold to take care of themselves, whether it be through water or heating up a room in a sauna, jumping in a cold lake or ocean,
