Summary

When it comes to your TpT Store Name, your TpT Store Banner Size, and your TpT Store Rank…“Choose Your Hard”

I did it. I ventured to the other side. Thanks to my 17 year old son, this 34 year old mamma of 5 (that’s me!) downloaded TikTok. Here's the deal, friend, downloading TikTok is way easier than starting a TpT Store. Downloading TikTok is way easier than coming up with TpT Store ideas. And downloading TikTok is, certainly, waaaaaaaaay easier than learning how to promote your TpT store. Nonetheless, I was thinking of y’all when I discovered a new TikTok trend. After hours in the TikTok universe, I found “choose your hard.” Have you seen this? Here’s the deal — people share two difficult things and then follow it with “choose your hard.” For example, “Being a teacher is hard, starting a Tpt store is hard. Choose your hard.”

Starting a TpT store from scratch is hard. NOT starting a TpT store at all is hard. Choose your hard.

You see it, too, right? Okay, let me give you another example: finding a TpT store name that’s unique is hard. Not fulfilling your life’s calling is hard. Choose your hard. Or how about this one: making your first $1,000 on your TpT store is hard. Struggling financially off of just your teaching salary is hard. Choose your hard. You get my drift. So if you’re ready to choose your hard today and if your’re ready to start or expand your online teachers business and accelerate your TpT store growth – this is the sign you’ve been looking for. Tune into today’s podcast episode and I’ll share how you can begin to start a TpT store. Let’s climb this TpT-store mountain together!

In this episode, you will learn:

  • That starting a TpT Store begins by improving your daily routines
  • Why making systems around your business logistics will accelerate your TpT Store growth and TpT store ideas
  • How to Promote Your TpT Store by focusing on the finish line
  • That getting your mindset right has to start before you start a TpT store
  • Why having your “Why” front and center is key to succeeding at your online Teacher business

baby in the background. So if you hear sniffles and coughs, it is her. She started her first week at

daycare and it's been hard on both of us. So she's here with me at the office and I can't say that

0:17.2

I mind it. I think I'd rather her be right here with me. But I just wanted to say that I

0:21.3

also can't believe that I ventured to the other side. This 34-year-old mama five did a thing the

0:28.1

other day when my 17-year-old convinced me to download TikTok. You know, I had convinced myself

0:34.9

that like Snapchat, I was not interested in trying something out only for it to

fizzle and fade. I'm sorry if you're still a diehard Snapchat fan because it is fading, but y'all,

0:47.4

TikTok, let's just say I've wasted countless hours scrolling on how to be more organized,

how to fold my laundry, and how to drop these last

few baby pounds. A new trend in the weight loss world on TikTok is choose your hard. And choose

1:04.0

your hard is really about sharing your success story. And it has a person that has a voiceover that's

1:09.4

reading this quote over and over again,

1:11.3

and people are just sharing their success story. So it can be in a lot of different ways.

1:15.8

Yes, I keep getting served the weight loss ones, but it could be a lot of different ways.

1:19.4

So here is the actual quote that that trend stems from. Marriage is hard. Divorce is hard.

1:27.1

Choose your hard. Obesity is hard. Being fit is hard. Divorce is hard. Choose your hard. Obesity is hard. Being fit is hard.

1:32.1

Choose your hard. Being in debt is hard. Being financially disciplined is hard.

1:37.9

Choose your hard. Communication is hard, but not communicating is also hard.

1:43.3

Choose your hard. And life will never be easy. It will always

have a hard, but we can choose our hard. So pick wisely, a gnome. So while I don't believe that

life is always 100% hard at all, there's a lot of truth in a lot of those statements, right? Every single
