You know, one thing I've noticed here lately, Kevin, is, and you and I were talking about before we hit the record button, is you were talking about that you've seen, like, during the last, gosh, three, four years, I guess it's been.

You know, as businesses trickled down, a lot of people you were saying, you know, because you talk to a lot of the high producing larger teams, company owners, branch managers of big teams, district managers, that a lot of people

have scaled back their team. And then when it's time to ramp back up, they go, oh, geez, I don't

have the team that I used to. And I find myself getting, you know, I start to ramp up. And then I

have to close the loans that I ramped up. And so I'm having roller coaster effect how big of a problem is that are you seeing a lot of that

yeah and the loans the last couple of years have been harder so some of our
