But I had a different angle to the podcast, and I was actually opening up about the fact I went through sexual abuse when I was younger

and I just couldn't.

like as an intro and then I was gonna talk about this stuff.

And even now I feel a bit like, oh, but yeah,

and then I had a mental breakdown and then I had like a really sad feel a bit like, oh. But yeah, and then I had a mental breakdown.

Then I had like a really sad evening of just like

sitting with my teddy and watching a film.

And then I woke up this morning and I was like, okay, I have Pilates in two hours.

I'm going to do this podcast in like, from my positive self of empowerment and yeah so that's the intro okay going in
