is going to be, but I'm just going to put it all out there because I think it's important

and I think it needs to be talked about. What I want to talk about today is the fact that

your body says your body is the biggest truth teller that you'll ever have. Your body

is the biggest truth teller that you will ever have. So I try to be as respectful as possible

when it comes to sharing my truth because I know that my truth is attached to the truth truths

of other people that are in my life or I've dealt with or someone that I might know. You

know what I'm saying? I realize that, but it's like there's, I'm still trying to figure

out like where is the line of me being completely open and honest. You know what I'm saying?

like to, it could be because of just my personal comfort zone or it could be because just again,
