I was just thinking about, before we dive into our Bible study, I was just thinking what gets our attention?

Like, if you really think about it, what makes us lean in a little bit more?

What makes us look?

What causes us to turn our head?

And I was just thinking a few things like the sunrise, sunset. It's like,

whoa, what? What? That is beautiful. Car accidents? That's real. You're driving along and

something, and you see something happened and you can't help but look because you want,

you want to pray that everything's okay and pray for

the people in the situation that Christians would come and just be the light. You pray, but you also

just want to look, but you also know you shouldn't look because you have to keep driving and not

cause traffic, but that's one thing that gets your attention or something shocking,

shocking news, something out of the ordinary or weird, when you see someone just dressed in,

wow, they're dressed in that. Or I just think of that with fashion. Like when you see the fashion

models on the runway, it's like, wow, is that really something

that someone would wear?

No, but, okay.

Or maybe it's something that you probably shouldn't look at.

You know, it's like the thing where it's like, what, okay, okay, don't look, don't look.

Scantily clad person.

I remember when on mission trips, I would go either month long or a couple weeks,

and we were in a city where there was a lot of stuff like storefronts and things

that were just not really good to look at.
