with imposter syndrome. An imposter syndrome, a recent study found the prevalence rate is as high

as 60 to 80 percent, especially in graduate students, college students, nurses,

medical students, and other professions. And so if you are feeling like you're an imposter,

it does something to your psyche. You're not as effective. And I want to say, by the way,

I've had imposter syndrome.

I think everybody has imposter syndrome.

When I first opened my functional medicine clinic, I think it was 26 years old. And I had a few people say to me, hey, you look a little young to be a doctor. And so I remember because I was so impacted by it, I grew, I grew this big grizzly beard. In fact, the first YouTube video I ever did, if you go back and look at my first one ever.
