Welcome to 2026. Happy New Year. The next two episodes are favorites. They are best of favorites. I love them. You love them. I wanted to start the gear right with two topics that are going to be key for your 2026.

0:23.8

Some things are just too important to hear once.

0:33.1

That's why I'm pulling together some of the most powerful moments from some of my recent solo episodes on identity, confidence, and who God created you to be. Because the truth is, we need to hear these strategies over and over until they stop being ideas and

0:39.3

start becoming the way we actually think about ourselves. This isn't soft self-help. These are

0:45.0

brain-based scripture-backed strategies for building unshakable confidence, releasing old

0:50.4

stories that keep you stuck, and finally stepping into the god-sized dreams you've been playing

0:54.9

too small to chase. Because when you know who you are and really know it, you don't just cope with

1:01.3

life, you lead it. So consider this your personal highlight reel of identity work that actually

1:07.3

changes things. Take what resonates, come back to what you need, and let these reminders

1:12.4

land until they become second nature. But before we get started, I want to tell you.

1:18.6

In the first clip, I'm talking about how self-compassion isn't self-indulgence. It's how you treat

1:23.8

yourself when things go wrong and it changes everything about how you show up. So I want to

1:27.8

break down the components that make it work. So what is self-compassion? Self-compassion is one of those

1:33.2

buzzwords that could feel a little vague, kind of like clean eating or life hacks. So I want to break it down.

1:40.5

Studies reveal that self-compassionate people are less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression.

1:46.4

Why is that? It's because they aren't stuck in the loop of self-blame. Think about this. When you fail,

1:53.2

would you rather have an inner coach or an inner critic? Self-compassion is your inner coach saying,

2:00.0

you've got this. Here's how you move forward. Sure,

2:02.9

that didn't go great, but let's reevaluate, let's make a plan for the future. It's the same thing

2:08.1

I do with my clients. If something goes wrong, I don't beat them up for it. I don't tell them

2:13.0

they're terrible. I go, okay, that didn't go how we wanted. That wasn't successful or, yeah, you kind of messed up this

2:19.9

situation. Here's how you're going to fix it. One, two, three, go for it. That's what you want to be to
