Hello and welcome to another episode of Telling Everybody Everything. I'm joined today by my first husband and a fan favorite of the podcast, Bobby Cootstra. Well, fan favorite might be a bit of a stretch, you know, but thank you for having me. It was the last minute edition. It's not a stretch. I think since we cleared out the riffraff, and that's the, I mean, the listeners, we really hated you and stopped listening.

I don't think you want to get rid of listeners.

I do.

I think maybe me being a part of it, I don't know if it adds.

You know, just subtracts.

The ladies that listen to the podcast and the three men, they find that even if they disagree with you, you have a really soothing voice.

Well, that's good. I'm happy to hear maybe that report from one person.

I find that in our marriage as well. Even when I disagree with you, oh, soothing voice.

Because we don't shout. We're not a shoddy household at all.

Can you imagine?

No, I don't think I've ever showed at you one time.

I can't think if you have.

Just like, like, you know, walk away and kind of mutter to myself as usually my go-to.

What are your mutterings?

I don't know.

Or like arms in the air, like body language stuff.

But it's just.

Arms in the air as you, yeah.

Or like eye rolls. Me and Violet had that in calm. We can't help it. Yeah. Um, yeah, definitely not any yelling. Um, so that's good. And the kids. so like we bend over backwards as the listeners know to keep our kids happy 24

7 and I know like so many women will come up to me in the shop or like wherever I go. And they'll be like, oh, I have four children. Yeah, they're in their 30s now. I have four children. It's tough, isn't it? And I think, no, it's not tough because you had four children in the 80s when you didn't have to be nice to them.

Yeah.

And we have four children in 2026 where like we just try to make sure everybody gets what they want all the time. And then if we say no, we say no so nicely.
