woke up, had doctor's appointment at like 9 a.m. over Zoom.

Then I rolled that right into the radio show.

But, so, yeah, I just was feeling off and found out this other thing that I was doing was cancelled, which always sucks to get an email.

You should never check your email when you're like about to go live or like going

live because you can just read something that will upset you. I mean think you know it's

always going to happen. I was watching Listen to your Heart last night Bachelor edition of

the Summer the spring Bachelor is Listen to Your Heart, a limited series, six episode series,

in which singers and songwriters, mostly singers,

musicians, come together to find love and a person to sing duets with for the rest of your life.
