Wouldn't that be weird if it had. I am a little bit

sleepy I got to get this out and so I'm of course waited to the last second.

I procrastinated.

I took a nap because I woke up very early to get what done.

Don't even know.

Couldn't even tell you.

Oh, I had a lot of like self-help stuff this morning.

You know, woke up, meditated, went to a meeting,

talked to some people about that subject after also talk to my psychiatrist I mean I'm a real

little like pity party bitch right now I don't know I just feel like everything's

me me me me me me but like I don't know I'm actually I'm doing good stuff I'm

doing stuff for other people I I'm doing this podcast.

This is serving me obviously, but I do know what joy it brings to people.

And so that inspires me to put it out there.

It feels like that's not totally selfish,

even though it's just me talking to a microphone which is leading to headphones where I can hear my own voice and I'm kind of soothed by it in a

Narcissistic way
