I'm going to start off by saying I don't think this is going to be a long podcast

because I have

I have literally taped probably two hours of podcasts already for you guys for this

episode and they were so unstable and all over the place I just couldn't put them out.

So I'm just gonna give that little caveat.

Let's just get through this as quickly as we can.

I do have cool stuff to tell you and I'm going to try not to derail it with some weird

spirally thoughts that word is really sticking in my craw ever since someone wrote me.

Nicky, you're spiraling the other day.

It was not a nice note to get, but they weren't wrong.

I just got done with therapy, so I am extra super emotionally raw,

and so I'm going to try to pull it back a little bit because you guys don't need all of that.

I'm trying to be entertaining here.

You're not my therapist.

My therapist is a woman who is probably

exhausted after our session that we just went through. I'm in bed right now, not because I'm depressed, it's just cozy.

And this is where I was doing my therapy session. I was crying so hard and my parents

could hear it through the door that they went to the store to get a water heater

They just like made up a thing that they needed to get

...
