I certainly did.

Let me just give you a little update on what's going on with me because I know that I scared all of you last. I scared a lot of you last week with where I was at mentally and it's so funny because I really tried to keep it as not I wasn't

trying to alarm anyone I was honestly trying to appear a lot less depressed than I was and that's just a testament to how depressed I was because whatever you heard was me like faking like I wasn't.

So I was really in a dark place last week, was not good. My friends suffered

greatly from me having to call them and cry and a lot of people reached out to me as I told you on

Friday's episode.

I got booked on Joe Rogan because people were so concerned for me.

So there are a lot of silver linings.

And one that I always realize after I go through a spell of depression is that I just have amazing friends.

And I hope that if you also suffer with these things that you have people in your life who care about you and who reach out.

Like I told you on Friday, were some people that I was like,
