We're going to start by talking about gut health.

I got probably three or four different kind of variations of gut health questions.

So I just want to cover some maybe non-common

advice you hear about gut health. Maybe things you guys don't normally think about as much.

Just some real basic stuff because what happens is a lot of times people have gut health issues

and they go on a wild goose chase and try a million different supplements and digestive enzymes

and probiotics and elimination diets when some of it could be as simple as just chewing your food more.

So chew your food until it turns into pace until it turns into baby food.

That's going to be a minimum of 30 chews before you swallow.
