On the deepest level, there's nothing fundamentally wrong about you.

In another way, you might need to make some changes in your life, and most of us often

So when you're born, there's no idea of anything that needs to be fixed.

We could call this your essential okayness, and it's a pure and beautiful space to inhabit.

And there's huge healing potential in reconnecting to that space, which is why I emphasize it

that doesn't have any ideas of things being wrong or needing to be fixed.

That part exists deeply within you, and it's powerful and important.
