1:03.8 | Is it this feeling that's arising right now that's telling me I can't do something? |
1:10.6 | And I'm, you know, we listen to that because it's being authentic. |
1:14.1 | Is it another part of me that's saying, I can do this, I'm scared, but I feel inspired |

1:22.7 | Right, it can be kind of messy, just like, oh, what am I, what am I actually listening |

1:28.7 | You know, one of the, the common things that does tend to arise is we associate authenticity |
