Hello, and welcome back to practicing human, the podcast where every day we're getting

a little better at life.

I'm your host, Corey Muscarra, and in today's episode we're going to talk about some motivation

for doing the thing that may be scary, but is actually required to bring yourself alive.

Okay, so you know how you can have those moments some time throughout the year, week, maybe

every day you have them, where there's just a glimpse of the impermanence of your life,

the fragility and the unknown of your life, and maybe just a recognition that this is it.

It's happening right now, it's in front of me.

This is my life right here, right now, and it won't be here forever.

I think all of us at some point have these glimpses of awareness.

Sometimes they rattle us into a new action or contemplation.

Other times they can be scary and it feels like too much to reckon with, and the consequences

of listening to that call or facing that reality feel too intense, and so we kind of just

shut it out, and I want this podcast episode to be an invitation to stay with that a little

bit longer the next time it arises and maybe even to actively and consciously bring into

your awareness that you have this one life in front of you.

Let's let go of perspectives on past lives or future lives, and you can even bring that

into the equation if you want, and still recognize it.

This is your life in this particular human form right here, right now, the constellation

of you.
