One thing that I don't like about this business is all the paperwork that's involved afterwards. Because let's be real here. This is a huge asset for somebody. And it's not like you're just buying, you know, something at the grocery store that you just purchase and it's done and it takes two seconds no this usually

takes two weeks to 30 days and there's a lot of organization that's involved in that and managing

that especially when you're getting started uh one can kind of feel like you're you're on

uneven ground because you're not experiencing it and you're not exactly sure what

paperwork and documents need to get there. But it's a huge distraction from going out and doing

what we do best, which is going out and finding opportunities. And that's why I am so happy
