| 0:20.0 | You know, it's been about building a business more than anything for me rather than just necessarily just finding a deal and then kind of moving off. |
| 0:28.3 | It's it's been about really building systems around the MLS, working with real estate agents, all types of stuff. |
| 0:35.2 | I haven't got that first deal yet, and honestly, it's starting |
| 0:38.7 | to become a little bit discouraging, but, you know, it's a push. But a lot of people I talk to |
| 0:43.9 | are very afraid to work off the MLS, and they say it takes too long to find deals that way. |
| 0:49.3 | I know you talk about the MLS a lot, but, you know, I'm just curious, I guess, to, you know, what is some of the best options? |
| 0:58.2 | People keep telling me to go into more off-market deals, cold calling. |
| 1:02.1 | But with my job, you know, I don't have an opportunity to full-time cold call. |
| 1:06.4 | So I want to hire VAs. |
| 1:08.4 | So I kind of have two questions in that. |
| 1:10.5 | How do you feel about, you know, |
| 1:12.5 | kind of basing your business off the MLS as a great wholesaling tool? And then the second one is like, |
| 1:18.8 | do you recommend or do you have any VAs that you recommend working with like starting early |
| 1:24.5 | in your business that aren't like $2,000 a month or, you know, stuff like that, |
| 1:28.9 | especially if you're just trying to build cash flow. |
| 1:31.8 | Yeah, great question. |
| 1:33.2 | So the MLS is always a great place to get started in the business. |
| 1:38.4 | Like Naliyah's example, she landed that on-market deal, you know, 10 days into her to starting in wholesaling, did a $10,000 deal, right? |
