Today's 10-minute walk is helping both of us stay fitness consistent.

It always makes me chuckle.

It's an inside chuckle, by the way.

When someone says to me, you must walk all day long.

This was particularly prevalent during my 20K one-year step challenge where I was being very public about walking 20,000 steps every day for a year.

And I heard that more than a few times wow you must walk all day long the implication is

that I roll out of bed start walking and don't stop until I climb back in bed that night because

I mean how else does someone get 20,000 steps unless they're walking all day long?

It was a bit of a mind-blowing activity when I did the math.

So how much am I walking to reach 20,000 steps?

And it was just shy of four hours, which is not nothing.
