| 0:00.0 | Today's 10-minute walk is helping both of us remain fitness consistent. |
| 0:07.0 | Hi, I'm Dave. Let's go for a walk. |
| 0:10.0 | So this is the weekend that the U.S. and Canada turn the clocks back an hour. |
| 0:16.0 | That happened in the United Kingdom last weekend. |
| 0:20.0 | It is harder to adjust to the spring time change than it is to the fall time change in terms |
| 0:26.6 | of our rhythms and sleep. |
| 0:29.6 | Not that there is no adjustment in the fall, but the adjustment is more challenging, |
| 0:35.6 | according to the experts in the spring and of course |
| 0:38.7 | everybody loves the fall change because we gain an hour of sleep I don't know about you but |
| 0:44.7 | I'm not going to be sleeping an extra hour tomorrow I'll probably just wake up an hour |

| 1:42.0 | late afternoon, early evening, and the idea of walking in the dark now is not very appealing, |
| 1:53.0 | I want to invite you to try out a morning walk because there are so many benefits to walking in the mornings because of course we lose that hour of |
| 2:02.4 | daylight in the evening and we get an extra hour of daylight in the morning and so for example today |
| 2:10.8 | here in Myrtle Beach South Carolina where I am the sun will be rising at what is is it, 7.36 in the morning. |
| 2:20.2 | Tomorrow, the sun will rise at 636. |
| 2:24.4 | In fact, today is the latest the sun will rise in the morning all year long. |
| 2:29.6 | Even on the day where there's the least amount of daylight in December, it'll still rise at 7.17 |
