Today's 10-minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent, so let's go for a walk.

I'm a full-on type A morning person, and I get up most mornings without an alarm, and I'm out before

the sun rises. Of course, the sun is rising later and later.

So it is not as challenging to be out before the sun is up in the middle of the summer.
