timeless advice for trouble times if you've been with us throughout this series, this is an advice

series. It's based on the premise that we've all lived long enough to have

developed some good habits and some bad habits so we've made some good decisions

some bad decisions we've experienced the benefit of good habits and

good decisions we've all experienced the consequences of bad decisions and

bad habits all of us have stories that end with, I'm so glad I did.
