even though it's never stress free, even though it's not without its challenges, can you

allow yourself to celebrate how far you've already come?

Even though I may not make your life may not be perfect how you'd plan it in your mind

or have a perfect vision board to compare it to, but does your life have

to be perfect or stress free for you to really celebrate it, to celebrate yourself and

how far you've already come.

There's one question that I love to come back to.
