0:27.2	You need two ounces of tequila, one ounce of fresh jalapeno lime juice.
0:31.9	You need a half ounce of more lime juice, a half ounce of agave nectar.
0:36.2	We're really on to the agave.
0:57.3	A pinch of sea salt, some topo chico, a half ounce of agave nectar. We're really onto the agave. A pinch of sea salt, some topochico, a grapefruit wedge, or a lime will for garnish, and then you want some tahine for the rim. So here's how you're going to make it. You're going to get the tahin, put it on the glass if you're feeling festive, fill the tall glass with ice, add the tequila, the grapefruit juice, the lime juice, the agave, and the pinch of salt.
1:01.4	Stir gently to mix and then top that with the sparkling grapefruit soda.
1:07.0	Give it a light little stir and then garnish it with your lime will or your grapefruit.
1:10.2	And that is a punchline.
