I want to talk to you today about something delicious.

Something delicious it feels good, it makes us feel alive, it makes us feel energize,

it makes us feel connected to the universe, to ourselves, to each other.

And it's this this it's momentum you know that feeling when like the

balls rolling right as Einstein said an object in motion stays in motion

when we're rolling when we're busy when things are going right, it's almost easy to take on more

because we feel that aliveness, we feel like yes we're engaging with the world and it's all happening.

Momentum feels so good. This is often where people get depressed, right, after a wedding,

after finishing a book, after completing a big project, even I've heard different musical artists

say, you know, once their tours finish, they go into like these funks.

Because momentum is really us kind of in this gorgeous co-creation with the world, right?

It's like, it's us showing up, it's things happening. I almost

if I were to visualize it, imagine a person with all these swells of things just

going on around them, through them, and they're elevated as a result. It's like

they're elevated as a result it's like they're flying. Momentum feels great doesn't it?

I want to say something important about momentum though here because I think that this part is

overlooked this part isn't taught this part is something that we don't often understand.

And it's this and it's good news.

You create your own momentum. You do. No one outside of you, not an email that you're hoping will land in your inbox, not a person you're hoping will DM you, not a phone call that you're hoping will just kind of show up on your phone from I don't know Oprah

studios or something like that you create your own momentum kind of like fairy tales you know like we're taught something different it's like oh the the night comes right or there's a wicked witch who comes and then there's a savior who comes. No, that is not how it works in the real world.

Occasionally, we can, change can come from outside of us, but this is not something that we can rely on
