How do we get what we want? We got to do the work, right? This is what I consider the work.

Have a clear intention for what it is that you want. Meet that clear intention with a positive emotion.

I teach this in self-coaching society, write the mind-motive method.

Our results, our actions, our behavior comes easy, comes easily to us. Our The result cannot be controlled by us.

But having an intention, feeling a positive,

elevated, engaged emotion, and then doing the work

as a result of that emotion, that's it.

That's the loop.

It's closed.

The way that I think about this is like it's almost like ordering a package right so just say you head on over to

Amazon and you put in your order for I don't know dry shampoo dog treats new sneakers whatever some of my recent purchases on Amazon, right? But that's the thing,

I have a clear intention of what I want, I have a positive expectation that it's coming,

right, because I've done the work by ordering it and then the rest isn't up to me right I took the action I ordered the package I've done what I can
