Music power and your sanity. I'm your host, Paul Koliani. Welcome back to another episode of love and abuse. If you're a regular listener, you're

probably noticing a delay between the launch

of episodes. And I just want to let you know that sometimes that's going to happen.

Sometimes that's going to happen. I'm starting to show off a little bit light today because

some of the subject matter is kind of dark. It's kind of unhappy unhappy and let's just say that I want to start

off with a little positive edge today. And so that's why I'm sharing with you that sometimes

it's not going to launch once a week or twice a week. Sometimes there will be a little bit of a

lull, just a little bit. I try not to go too much between shows, but I'm here.

I'm back and I want to continue doing this show and continue spreading this message.

My goal is to give you as much information as possible so that you are armed. I mean, that sounds

kind of aggressive. That's not what I meant.

I meant armed with knowledge, armed with skills, armed with experience, armed with wisdom,

so that when you are in any type of situation, relationship, conversation, conversation with

someone who doesn't have your best interest in mind, then you need to know about it

and you need to be prepared to deal with it. Otherwise, you get conned. You get duped into liking

these people. You know, it's okay to like people, that's fine.

But liking them and trusting them and following them and believing in them when it turns out they're really just playing a game.
