Story has it, there was a man by the name of Jimmy Hudmaker.

He was a local character who roamed the business district in Excelsior, Minnesota,

which is a trendy artist community just outside of Minneapolis.

Mr. Jimmy, as he was known, had some disabilities, but for the most part, he was a sharp wit,
