| 1:36.6 | back starting to heart? Oh no. Right, you can see these sorts come in lots of |
| 1:42.1 | directions about anything about people, about the weather, about your job, about your safety, about your looks, about anything. The first thought can arise. |

| 1:53.9 | correlating emotion. That's a great real-time feedback loop. Our bodies are |
| 1:58.4 | designed perfectly. As soon as I get that slight sinking emotion or that wave of, you know, anxiety, fear, worry, whatever it is, I'm like, |
