I would like to share with you today, frankly a bit of a magic trick.

A magic trick that you can perform anywhere, anytime, with zero effort, well maybe a tiny bit of effort,

conscious effort, but zero money, zero props, zero required to make this a living reality in your life,

So the truth is, my my friends we can't control our first thought. Right

thoughts come to us. They just come to us the average person 90,000 a day and

we're taught that 90% or more of those sorts are repetitive. I think about how

powerful our subconscious mind is. But as I've shared on the podcast before, you can't choose your first thought, but

you can choose your second thought. This is where all of your power lies. So if I have a thought like this is

going to be hard, if I'm sitting down to write my next book, or if I see a comment from somebody and I'm like,

that was so mean, why are people mean, right? Say that's a thought that comes to me. Or I have a thought like, wait, is my

back starting to heart? Oh no. Right, you can see these sorts come in lots of

directions about anything about people, about the weather, about your job, about your safety, about your looks, about anything. The first thought can arise.

We can tell it's not a positive thought by how we feel we have an immediate

correlating emotion. That's a great real-time feedback loop. Our bodies are

designed perfectly. As soon as I get that slight sinking emotion or that wave of, you know, anxiety, fear, worry, whatever it is, I'm like,
