scary one for me. 36. I'm not going to lie. I cannot believe that I'm 36. So yeah, I was kind

of winging out about it. I've been winging out since my last

birthday. And recently, I've decided that I'm done playing into the narrative that I'm old at

at whatever age I'm at. Okay. So today we're diving into something that's been on my heart for a while

now and that is the idea that you are not too old and it is not too late,

period. I don't care if you're 20, 25, 45, 65, you are not too old and it is not too late to start

again, to try something new, to pivot, to evolve, to chase a dream, or to completely reinvent

I want to start by saying something that I think might feel radical in a world that is

obsessed with timelines and youth and like milestones.

And it's something we've probably all heard before, but it's truly so true.

But more than that, it's an energy and it's a mindset.

We have been so deeply conditioned by society to believe that certain things must happen by a
