| 1:37.2 | how hard it can be to loosen our grip on the life that we thought we'd have or the person |
| 1:44.0 | we thought we'd be with or even |
| 1:46.3 | like the version of ourselves that once felt so safe and familiar. |
| 1:51.1 | But I truly believe that one of the most important spiritual skills that we can develop in |
| 1:56.0 | this lifetime is the ability to let go and not just let go, but let go with grace. Not because we don't care, |
