After his divorce, Marlon took a retreat and awakened himself in a way that he'd never had before.

After deep got finished, I decided I changed my mind.

Um, decided I changed my mind. I'm grateful to be here and I answered the phone and all I

could hear was her breathing.

And then from the silence she spoke in a way that was more grounded than I've ever heard her speak before and she

said you've become more of who you are than you've ever been in your life.

That's not who I married and I want a divorce.

She was right.

I knew that my daughter, who's a six-year-old would be like torn to pieces her name is Phoenix

y'all say what's up Phoenix she'll hear this someday I knew she would be broken

I knew that she would be torn but my wife was right I had evolved to become a

different person than the one she married. You see the person she married was a

local pastor of a church and his mission was to take a group of artsy people and to turn that group of

artsy people into a mega church but unfortunately I am a disruptive innovator I messed things

up for good reason.

So the church then became an art gallery,

and the art gallery then became a restaurant.
