1:19.8	Awesome. And banker, broker? Yep, banker. Banker. All right, cool. So, and you're, you, you own, you own it? I own the company, yes. So I'm the CEO, own the company and I have a partner as well. How long you've been doing this for? How long have you been in the mortgage world? I got in the mortgage world in 2005 when I came, that's when I moved down in Florida. I grew up, uh, just outside of Boston and Maine. And so survived the first two or three years of
1:46.1	subprime. And then after that, you know, got into the A paper stuff. And here we are. Yeah. And you've had a,
1:53.3	you've had a pretty good run of this, haven't you? Yes. So obviously the last couple of years were
1:58.5	extremely fruitful. And luckily, I was very smart with my money.
