This time of year, there is another advantage to having a daily step goal.

So I'm walking really early in the morning.

And the weather forecast today is mostly sunny.

In fact, the icon that my weather app uses is a full, full sun, not even a hint of a cloud. And I'm walking around just moments ago looking at the sky and seeing no stars and wondering,

Is today actually going to be cloudy? And I somehow missed that? Or the weather scientist missed it?

And I think it's because my eyes just weren't quite acclimated to the dark.
