What you're doing is big, and it's worth celebrating. Welcome to walking as fitness. This is a

0:13.2

podcast of action, providing a little extra motivation to help you keep that fitness promise you made

0:18.1

yourself. Hi, I'm Dave. I started walking for fitness in

0:22.5

2013. Still take an intentional fitness walk every single day. I'm walking right now and I would love to

1:40.7

something, she also wants to celebrate. I don't know that she is quite as, let's make it a big

1:47.9

deal as she is for others because she's very, very focused on serving others and making a big deal

1:54.8

about the accomplishments of others. I, on the other hand, am much more a subtle celebrator.

2:01.4

And I'll give you an example.

2:02.9
