And then I needed to use a combo of a zealic acid and I've remectin we all remember I've remectin from COVID times

And everyone was like it's a horse D. Wormer and it literally wasn't I was like no it does so many things but anyway

So I've been putting that on my nose at night and for those of you who might have missed this on a previous podcast the reason that I do that

It's because the dermatologist said that I had a very

Aggressive form of rosacea on my nose sort of triggered by my pregnancy with Fred and that there are bugs that live in the follicles of your skin and they

Fuck at night on your face and that is how they reproduce and

Apparently I've remectum stops them doing that so that's what I've been using on my nose is less red

He said eight weeks. It'll be dramatically less red while it's about five weeks now and I feel like it's dramatically less red so

If you have a red nose like I have been lamenting over for last four years

Maybe you have rosacea. I don't know and if you do then is a like acid and I've remectin might be your solution

Along with like I think IPL helps or I mean whatever the pulse laser is that they recommend
