you have gotten touched to say where was the podcast last week? Look you know

that happens sometimes I have two babies under two, a back at work, a

half a teenager, June is literally everyone's birthday. It's been crazy busy and

I got sick on top of it. I had this terrible what I thought was food poisoning

because it came on so violently like two Mondays ago and it resolved really

quickly too. I was going to bed bathing Fennet at night and that's when I just

got a little voice in my head saying you're about to throw up Catherine and I

thought nah and then sure enough I was sick the delicious spaghetti

bolognese that Bobby had made earlier that day though I learned from Geno

de Campo that there is no such thing as spaghetti bolognese. So yo bolognese

yeah or however he says it I don't think it's racist to do an Italian accent and

that's not why Bobby's getting canceled but I'll get to that. Bolognese is a

sauce from Bologna in Italy a specific place and their signature sauce is

what sort of what we know of bolognese but Geno de Campo says that you have to

put two kinds of meat in it which like I'm not on board with but you'd put

beef any put lamb so first he chops up the holy trinity of vegetables for any

dish really it's onion, carrot and celery he chops that up he sort of

simmers it in olive oil he puts some salt he might have put a bit of sugar I
