This evening we are returning to Wuthering Heights.

But before we open our book, take a minute to let go of the day.

Conversations, lists, moments of tension.

With your exhale, let them drift away like dust in sunlight, floating beyond your reach.

Kathy and Dellen rode out to the agreed place still on the Grange property to meet Linton,

but were met by a boy telling them that the master was seated away towards the heights

and bid them to follow him. Linton was lying on the ground and spent the whole interview there.

In the end, Kathy was desperate to leave him. He was so disagreeable.

The next week, he seemed much the same, but more fearful and agitated.

Soon Heathcliff arrived in their midst, and he ordered Linton to stand.
