Today's 10 minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent, so let's go for a walk.

0:10.0

I'm in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

0:12.0

At the moment, I am probably about a mile.

0:17.0

Is that about a mile?

0:20.0

A mile or less from the ocean? I can't see the ocean, but I can see

0:26.6

probably a half a dozen of the beachfront hotels. So they're about a mile away, and

0:35.6

there's a tree line, and just beyond the tree line are the tops of these hotels.

0:41.3

And on the other side of those hotels is the ocean.

0:44.3

I don't know if the tide is in, if it's high tide or low tide.

0:50.1

1:16.3

soft sand is because it's more of a workout and there are times when I'm not going to the beach to

1:22.4

work out. I just want to enjoy a nice, a nice, quiet walk and not have to think about all the sand

1:31.6

that I'm walking through.

1:34.2

You can probably hear the breeze.

1:37.4

It's one of the things about living and being this close to the ocean is that there's almost

1:43.1

always a breeze present and sometimes as we're

1:48.3

taking our 10-minute walk, you'll hear that as well. There was an interesting comment to one of

1:56.0

the Walking is Fitness YouTube videos, and this was probably a couple of months ago. And I forget which video it was,

2:04.2

but it was about the benefits of walking, because most of the videos, to some degree, are about the

2:11.2

benefits of walking and often walking every day. And I was talking about that and this viewer left the comment.
