The virtue I never been in that situation where something occurs in front of you and you're

sort of all of it's happening so fast and you're not sure if you should react to it,

act to it.

And then you end up like probably talking yourself out of it you leave and then a couple

of minutes later when you're driving away and it's safe, you're like, why didn't I just

say something?

I'm so mad at myself.

I have no idea why I didn't say something and I had multiple opportunities to say something,

but there was this self doubt and I talked myself out of it and then halfway through

I knew I was right and I'm like, no, you were right.

You should have said something, but you did it and now it's too late.

And it's so tiny and it's so trivial, but now it's eating at me and it's eating at

me so much.

I'm like, do I have to bring this up in therapy next week?

Is there an opportunity for a redo?

No, there isn't.

That's the problem because it's already been eaten.

So there is no redo.

So something you consume.
