So many times we work towards a goal because THEN we will be happy, but what about during the process of working on it? Create a life of happiness now, not after you’ve reached it.

1:12.7	that you make special plans? You make, this is the end game, this is the goal, this is what I'm
1:18.7	going to do to get me there. How many times have you created a plan that's going to lead you to
1:23.7	success for that reasoning why? And then you get there and you're like but this isn't what
1:30.1	I wanted I know that hands down for me that is one of the biggest factors in people quitting
1:36.4	they set their goal or their dream or their their why up on a pedestal because I think it's
1:43.3	never going to change they think that if they can
