Hi and thank you for listening to Be You Unapologetically Podcast.

I am Kyra Carlin and today you're getting brought this episode from my closet.

It is probably the only place in my house currently that is not being entertained by children

or some kind of noise maker probably even my dog so i am actually going to talk today about

having the courage to start so this could be for any kind of goal anything that you're working

towards i think sometimes we get caught up

in how is this going to benefit me? What is this going to do for me? And we get in our own way of even

starting anything, working towards a goal, maybe deciding that you want to run a marathon, or you want to

lose 20 pounds, or you want to write a book, or or you wanna, you know, anything that you're thinking,

maybe start in an Etsy shop.

You can convince yourself of anything.

I've said that to you a million times,

I'm sure you said that a hundred more times you've heard,

but I'm gonna say,

sometimes we think of what we're doing as selfish,

so then we think that no one else is going to benefit or

notice if we don't get started and i kind of want to talk about like your kids or maybe your husband

or maybe family members or maybe your best friend maybe it's your classmates i mean all areas of life

you have people who are being inspired,
