I am Kyra Carlin and I am so excited.

I think I tell you that every time but it's because I genuinely am like just so excited to

not have to shut up.

That is something that I am embracing more and more than anything is just

honestly being myself unapologetically. That's the reason I named this podcast this.

I actually wanted to talk about more of waiting until you're finding something to be the reason to make a change. Like how many times have,

I'm just going to dive right in, how many times have you met somebody or known somebody who's made

a big lifestyle change? Let it be, they quit smoking or they went on a healthy lifestyle and all

of a sudden they lost 50 pounds or they just chopped their hair off.

I don't know.

Like a drastic change, I guess, is the way that you would see it because you feel like it's

sudden and exponential and a huge growth thing.

How many times have you seen?

What about I think of like in my business?

I will look at other coaches and be like, oh my gosh, like her business

really took off, all these things. You'll see what they want to call overnight success. And then

you wonder, like, what's the secret sauce? Like, what is it that made them that way? And I want to

talk about of like the behind the scenes works that it takes for number one and how
