0:05.3	Now we need to explain your background. You are in a hotel room. You travel a lot for work. Your living room does not

0:16.0	Nice. Well, I wanted to capture a moment where we could chat for an upcoming women's
0:20.8	discussion series that you're spearheading which I'm really excited
0:23.4	about just to put more content out more content out there for women leaders
0:28.5	whether they're in a formal leadership role or they just identify as a leader and
0:32.2	want to have influence in their in their
0:34.9	ward or in their community whatever it be and this is something that you did as a
0:40.1	stake Relief Society president in your own your own stake and maybe just tell us about it and that'll sort of launch us
0:46.1	into what we can expect. Yeah, happy to you know as a stake release
0:50.4	society presidency we were just trying to kind of understand the needs of the sisters in our stake and looking at how some were not accepting callings in some instances,
1:05.3	and in conversations learned that some just didn't feel
1:08.6	like they were prepared to lead.
1:10.7	And so we actually started with a survey to kind of understand the mindset of the sisters in our stake and got good feedback from that. And in that survey, we got some information on how these sisters would like to grow and develop as leaders.
1:25.9	And we define leadership really as positive influence. And so like you said, Kurt, that could be in your home, it could be in your community, it could be in the ward,
1:36.7	but that doesn't mean you have to have a title and a calling and you know, that sort of thing that say that you're a leader, but you can still lead in many ways and just identify as a leader.
1:48.0	And so we got, you know, ideas from them and kind of put together some of our own and when I say we I'm talking about like my
1:56.2	State Relief Society presidency and and put together this series of discussions and so they really are an opportunity to women for
2:05.5	women to learn from other women about how they lead or how they might handle
2:10.6	situations or how they have grown in knowing how to have that positive influence.
