| 0:50.4 | society presidency we were just trying to kind of understand the needs of the sisters in our stake and looking at how some were not accepting callings in some instances, |

| 1:10.7 | And so we actually started with a survey to kind of understand the mindset of the sisters in our stake and got good feedback from that. And in that survey, we got some information on how these sisters would like to grow and develop as leaders. |
| 1:25.9 | And we define leadership really as positive influence. And so like you said, Kurt, that could be in your home, it could be in your community, it could be in the ward, |
