0:16.7	You know, it was also a joy to be with you about a week or so ago for your birthday party
0:22.5	out in Santa Barbara. Talk about that great gathering.
0:25.4	Yeah, it was wonderful. My birthday is November the 19th. I think we were, it was the
0:29.9	day before, wasn't it? Because I was busy on the 19th. But some of the Word on Fire
0:34.5	Gang and then some of my friends here from Santa Barbara came for a wonderful birthday
0:39.9	party here with a great meal and then some wonderful gifts afterwards and lots of fellowship.
0:46.2	And one of my gifts I have sitting right next to me, Brandon, that you gave me is the little
0:50.8	bust of GK Chesterton. I've got it right here on my desk. But I got some wonderful things,
0:56.2	including a new petrol cross. And I've been wearing a lot recently to silver cross.
1:01.7	I really like. So anyway, it was a joyful day and sort of two phases of my life. The
1:07.3	Word on Fire part and then the Santa Barbara part coming together was a great joy for me.
1:12.0	I want to also talk about an exciting event next month, also out there in California
1:17.2	on January 13th, I believe it is. You are going to be joining William Lang Craig, who is
1:24.8	one of the most prominent evangelical Protestant apologists and evangelists. And the two of you
1:30.6	are going to come together for a single night of dialogue at Claremont College out there in California.
1:36.7	Talk a little bit about this event and William Lang Craig, who is he and why are you excited
1:41.6	about joining him? Yeah, I really am excited about this day and there will be two phases to it.
1:46.1	The first in the afternoon will be exchanging kind of brief philosophical papers. Then there'll
1:51.8	be a conversation with a handful of scholars. So more of a high level conversation.
